Error description
Metric Studio 8.4.0 with FP1 and Hotsite 52 and 53. When the users log on and navigate to the Metric Studio Package and click on My Folders tab with in the package to view the metrics that they own and try to print they receive an error. This is from the log file; I have attached the full cogserver.log file 172.21.16.75:9300 2892 2010-09-09 09:44:44.662 -5 Thread-124- ALPDriver caf 2047 1 Audit.dispatcher.caf Request Failure SecureErrorId: 2010-09-09-09:44:44.662-#3 Original Error: 'java.lang.
