PM22270: RFT: unable detect selected Item on pull down menu

Error description

• RFT is not selecting the list item in IE6, when width of Select
  box is set by style parameters.

  RFT can't detect clicked item on pulldown menu.
  

Problem conclusion

• Due to style property of the combobox, the width of pulldown
  menu was becoming more than the width of combobox.
  It was creating issues while retrieving values based on
  width for pulldown menu, which was assumed to be equal to
  width of combobox.
  Done changes to solve this issue.
