APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The image dimensions that are specified for the Image Element
  in the Authoring template is not maintained when the image is
  changed within the content item.
  
  1) Have an AT with default dimensions (e.g., height and width)
  
  specified for an image file component element
  2) Create a content item using the AT, save a publish it
  3) Preview the content item noting that the image is shrunk to
  meet the
  dimensions from the AT
  4) Edit the content item and change the image associated with
  it
  to
  another image, save it
  5) Notice that the dimensions for the image file component
  element are
  now blank
  6) Preview the content item and notice that the image is
  displayed full
  size

• Do not delete the image resource dimensions if Authoring
