PM21972: The cursor automatically repositions itself when adding a new attribute via code-completion in the CSS Designer

Error description

• The cursor will be incorrectly reposition to the line where the
  attribute is defined when adding an attribute in the Rational
  Application Developer v7.x CSS Designer and allowing code assist
  to select/complete.

  After choosing the CSS property suggestion via
  code-completion the cursor gets moved to beginning of rule
  definition.  This is happening because an association is not
  done between the element and the CSSTableTreeItem.
  

Problem conclusion

• If the association is not already done between the element
  and CSSTableTreeItem then doing this before setting the
  selection in the RuleViewer.
  
  The fix for this issue is included in Rational Application
  Developer v7.5.5.4.
