PM21699: WCM PROCESSING OF DYNAMICALLY ADDED CATEGORIES AND GROUPS CAN BE REDUCED

Error description

• When processing dynamically added categories and groups to the
  user profile, WCM processes a session attribute that the
  customer populates with the list of categories and groups.
  
  Now, even if nothing has changed since the last time it was
  processed, WCM will process again each time the dynamic
  categories/groups are requested from WCM.  This change will
  reduce that processing so that it will only be triggered either
  once a session, or if a change is made during the session.
