Error description

  • RFT scripts stop randomly during playback. The problem,
experienced during playback on RFT v8.1.0.3 with RQM v2.0.1 iFix
3. In this case, they have a very complex test suite that has
below configuration:

Test Suite -> 39 test cases -> Each test case has above 3 or
more RFT test scripts (java scripting).? Customer has verified
all those RFT scripts are running fine from RFT directly.

All scripts were imported through shared resource location.
Verified the location through remote session. No problem there.

The problem occurs randomly on customer test cases. The problem
occurs mostly after running up to the 22nd test case. At this
point of time, the playback window becomes blank with error
message - see attached.

We suspect the problem is not related to a particular RFT script
since the playback stops randomly.

RFT and RQM are resided on separate systems.

Manish has fixed this issue already and test fix also was
provided.
