PM21578: Object attribute value disappears after attribute initial value changed

Error description

• Object attribute value disappears when the corresponding initial
  value of the attribute changed.
  
  Replication steps for the problem:
  
       1. Create a class called ?Inner?, with an attribute ?var?.
       2. Create a class called ?Outer?.
       3. Add a structured diagram to ?Outer? class.
       4. Drag and Drop ?Inner? class inside ?Outer? class.
       5. Make ?Inner? class as object.
       6. Open an object diagram by double-click on ?Inner? class.
       7. Move to Attributes tab.
       8. Set ?Value? of ?var? attribute to 100.
       9. Double-click on ?var? in ?Inner? from Browser and open
  attribute diagram.
       10. Change the value of Initial Value.
       11. Repeat (6) and (7), you will see the value of 100
  disappears.
