PM20955: Rhapsody gets into a state where it does no longer generate code

Error description

• Description:
  After working a few hours with Rhapsody, often Rhapsody shows
  this
  behavior. After shutdown and reloading of the model customer can
  continue
  normal work with Rhapsody incl. code generation. This seems to
  be a new
  effect of 7.5.2, which hasn't been observed with previous
  versions.

  From time to time we need to shutdown Rhapsody and reload the
  model.
  This takes much time with large models.
