Error description

  • Steps to reproduce the issue:
    
    -Create a draft of a published content item
    
    -Retrieve the Docid of this draft item using API
    
    - Use Remote Action to approve this draft
    
    -Screen Message: "You are not authorsed to perform this command,
    contact your administrator"
    
    Log shows message similar to this:
    
    com.aptrix.pluto.security.AuthorisationException: IWKPY1016X:
    

Local fix

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

  • Problem Analysis:
    The message params are not properly built from the remote action
    URL to indicate that it is in fact in a draft state. In addition
    an incorrect
    access context is used in the approval of the item.
    
    Problem Solution:
    Made a correction in functionality to include the 'isdraft'
    parameter when build the message params, and also to use the
    current user context when approving the item
