PM20682: POWERPLAY HANGS AFTER RECEIVING UNHANDLED EXCEPTION ERROR

Error description

• After deleting the package which a Report View calls, you get
  the following error:????Unhandled
  Exception??plugin/BaseHandler.cpp(64): CCLUnknownError:
  PWQHandler????It's expected that you cannot open a Report View
  once the package has been deleted.????However, once this error
  is seen, Powerplay Studio becomes unusable. You cannot open
  Reprot Views, Cubes, or even the Powerplay tab in Cognos
  Administration. ????To return the environment to it's previous
  state, you must restart the PPESBusServer process. However, if
  the error is encountered again, the same process will have to
  take place.
