Error description

• Rhapsody system designer installation fails to detect Cygwin
  1.7.1 and later. This is because of the the latest changes made
  in the Cygwin 1.7.1 package. The Cygwin installer does not
  create the 'Cygnus Solution' registry key that is used by
  Rhapsody Designer installer to detect a Cygwin installation.
  
  As a result, users will encounter the following error during
  Rhapsody Designer installation:

  root directory of the Rhapsody CD.
  
  It is recommended that you exit the Rhapsody installation by
