Error description

  • Customer is using 8.4 FP1 + number of hot sites with following
    advanced setting in place.????- Delivery service advanced
    setting   ??mail.attachment.limit 500
    ??CM.CAMSearchDeferredLocaking TRUE    ??primary.wait.dls 360
                 ??primary.wait.ms 360????- It turns out that using
    PDF as the report output doesn t       ??generate the error, in
    the other formats it does generate the error     ??{Excel 2007,
    HTML, CSV, Excel 2002}??                                    ??-
    The error occur only when you send the report by email, ??it
    doesn t occur if you just save the report in cognos connection.
        ????- The size of the attachment seems not related to do
    with the error, ??in these cases the attachment sizes were less
    than 1MB ????Reproduced using customer's content store db (see
    Testcase)??Customer want to know the reason of this error and
    fix it.
