APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a user configures a feed to use a Handshake Data "In the
  Feed" and feed's publish date element is empty a
  NullPointerException is thrown and feed consumption fails.
  
  This error can also manifest itself as a ParseException being
  traced to the logs with no ill effect to the WCI.
  

Local fix

• Correct the empty publish date.
