PM20201: UPGRADE FAILS WHEN COUNTRY CODE CONTAINS SPECIAL CHARACTERS.

Error description

• error:?(TR0757) The country code is invalid. It must be made of
  the letters ('A' to 'Z') or the digits ('0' to '9'). It is case
  insensitive.??In series 7, customers were able to use special
  characters as the country code. ( for example, R$). However, the
  transformer model can not be opened in Cognos 8 when the country
  code contains special characters. ??This prevents the customer
  from upgrading to Cognos 8. They have many models uses R$ as the
  country code.
