Error description

• The defect concerns Category 2 events, mainly E100. The problem
  is that in the standard configuration of events no concerns are
  taken about the COUNTER companys consolidation method, at least
  not for E100. In this case the counter company uses Z method,
  that should prevent bookings on the owner company.
