PM19948: Changing Rose Importer to import associations as uni-directional

Error description

• Essentially, in the instance where the Rose role name is blank o
  n one of the ends, I need the Rose importer to create a unidirec
  tional association. At the moment it creates a bidirectional ass
  ociation with one of the ends set to non-navigable which is give
  n a default rhapsody name. Obviously such a relationship is not
  present in the code model and is also undesirable, hence needs t
  o be removed post Rose/code merge.
  
  Unfortunately, I can cannot easily work around this by post-proc
  essing the Rose import because of an error in the Java API (PM18
  607). Essentially the Api to convert an association to unidirect
  ional appears to be broken..
  
  This is causing me problems at the moment in merging the Rose wi
  th Code and re-drawing the diagrams.
  
  I therefore need one of the two problems (Rose importer) or Java
   API to be fixed to assist in the merging of the SELEX code with
   the Rose model. Amit, do you think that anything could be inclu
  ded for this in the next testFix? (whichever is easier)
