PM19885: Cognos Office Connection honors Cell Value prompt but ignores Display parameter value

Error description

• Report with prompts and display parameter value runs and honors
  the Cell value prompts in Cognos GO office in excel but the
  parameter value doesn't change according to cell value prompt
  selection. ??For example, the attached report have year and
  month as prompts. When the report runs in Excel for the first
  time it will show the right parameter values (Year and name of
  the month), but when the prompt is changed using cell value
  prompt, it will change right data according to the cell value
  prompts but the Display parameter value will not change.
  ??NOTE:?This bug is a clone of 8.4.1 hotsite bug, which has been
  fixed and released.
