Error description
0) Reproduced With Synergy 7.1.0.1.03 on linux 1) Start a new Synergy session with the Java client. The problem exists with the Web mode and with the traditional mo de. 2) Create a new Release (not based on a previous one). To do so, go in 'Task/New/Release'. -Leave the Baseline Release set to 'None' (important). (this is a new release, it is not based on a previous one) -Enter the Component Name. For example: toto -Enter the Component release. For example: 1.0 -Enter a description -Select the Process. For example: the Standard Process. -Click on OK to create the new Release. 3) Delete this new release toto/1.0 -To delete it, click on the Release button on the Left bar. -Right click on the Release toto/1.0 and select Delete. -Click on Delete to delete the release. 4) Create again a new Release with the same Component Name as in point 2. =? Component Name: toto -Leave the Baseline Release set to 'None'. -Fill up the other fields. Result: The OK button to create the new Release is disabled. =? You can't create a new release with the Component Name set to the previous value 'toto' and with a Baseline Release set to 'None'. The problem is that the previous Component Name 'toto' is still listed in the Component name listbox. Therefore, you must enter a Baseline Release different than 'Non e' to be able to create this new release with a component name 'toto'. But as I want to create a new Release NOT based on a previous re lease, this is a problem. A workaround consistss in restarting the Synergy session. Then you can create the new release with a Component name 'toto' and a Baseline Release set to None.
