PM19621: API method connectToArchive() does not connect the Rhapsody proj ect to CM Synergy

Error description

• API method connectToArchive() does not connect the Rhapsody proj
  ect to CM Synergy
  
  It runs fine to detect the Project name from Synergy but the con
  nection to project would not have happened. If you click on File
   COnfiguration Management it still would not have connected and
  asks for the project to be conneced to.
  
  If it has already connected then it should have popped up saying
   Already connected to archive do you want to connect to a new ar
  chive - BUT this is not the case when you run the API.
  
  It acts as if it is not connected at all.
