PM19419: getting 'NameNotFoundException' while deploying commerce applica tion

Error description

• There is an error in RAD where it is not setting the JCA file pr
  operties during the JMX connection when performing a redeployApp
  lication scenario (which only occurs when enhanced EAR changes o
  ccur).

  When modifying the 'Deployment' tab of the Enterprise
  Application deployment descriptor the publish that occurs to
  the WebSphere Application Server is a different type than
  when modifying other application files.  As a result of this
  different type of publish the JCA properties on the JMX
  connection are not populated resulting in the property file
  not being loaded by WebSphere Application Server.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to ensure that the various JCA property file
  entries are added as the JCA properties to the JMX
  connection when performing a publish after modifying the
  Deployment tab of the Enterprise Application deployment
  descriptor.  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for
  inclusion in Rational Application Developer fixpack
  V7.5.5.2.  Refer to the follow recommended fixes page for
