PM19333: Display Options for a Send Action will change with a check-out.

Error description

• When I check a different package out of the model it overwrites
  the display options on the send action objects in another file t
  o 'full notation' instead of name or label.  The package that ha
  s these 'send actions' in it is already checked out.  It is chec
  king out a different package while that package is checked out t
  hat seems to be causing the labels to disappear.
