PM19331: "UDA-SQL-0236 Left table attribute is not a key" error when reporting via IBM Rational Insight XML ODBC driver

Error description

• Tested in: 8.4 FP2 and Cognos 10..10.1.41.42  Issue reproducible
  when running the report in batch HTML or interactive
  PDF...interactive HTML is fine.  Report also runs if I enable
  the rsvp trace. (recording enabled = 1)  RQP-DEF-0177 An error
  occurred while performing operation 'sqlOpenResult'
  status='-28'. UDA-SQL-0114 The cursor supplied to the operation
  "sqlOpenResult" is inactive.UDA-SQL-0236 Left table attribute is
  not a key.RSV-SRV-0042 Trace back:RSReportService.cpp(758):
  QFException: CCL_CAUGHT:
  RSReportService::process()RSReportServiceMethod.cpp(252):

  asynchWait_RequestRSASyncExecutionThread.cpp(774): QFException
  From query SQL we see that only simple selects are sent
  down...where clauses/intersects/joins are handled locally...
