Error description

• A report with a Hyperlink Button will open the link URL in a new
  browser window when the report is run from Cognos Connection.
  If the same report is rendered as a result of a drill through
  action, then Hyperlink Button will open the link URL in the same
  browser window.????The behaviour of the Hyperlink Button should
  remain consistent after drill-through.
  

Local fix

• Replace Hyperlink Button with an HTML item and set the HTML Item
   - Text to the following:  <INPUT TYPE="BUTTON" VALUE="IBM" ONCL
  ICK="window.open('http://ibm.cnn.com/');">    Replace IBM wit th
  e required values.
