  Step to reproduce :
  
  Logical model synchronization enabled
  
  1. Open a workspace
  2. Create a model
  3. Synchronize with CVS
  4. Open  a new workspace
  5. Import the project from CVS
  6. In workspace 1, create a package 'package1' in the model.
  Fragment it as 'frag1.efx'
  7. Commit
  8. In workspace 2, create a package 'package2' in the model.
  Fragment it as 'frag2.efx'
  9. Synchronize
  
  1 conflict detected on the physical model model. Only 1 package
  can be added to the model.

  The name of the unloaded fragment package was null (because
  it is a proxy) and the matching key relies on the name. So,
  they were wrongly matched and that is why the two added
  packages are a conflict.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is now fixed. When the added object is a proxy,
  the name is extracted from the proxy URI to use as part of
  the matching key.
