  When publishing to a v6.0, v6.1, or v7.0 WebSphere Application S
  erver the delta computation logic can be optimized to ensure tha
  t all of the resources in the modules are not traversed multiple
   times when finding out what are new files, deleted files, and m
  odified files.

  When publishing to a v6.0, v6.1, or v7.0 WebSphere
  Application Server the delta computation logic is not
  efficient in that it traverses over the delta multiple times
  during a publish operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• An additional delta publishing cache was introduced so that
  when calls are made to get the list of new, modified, or
  deleted files then it will work off the cache to prevent
  unnecessary traversals of the computed application delta.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  Rational Application Developer fixpack V7.5.5.2.  Refer to
