PM18944: 'Open Copy Menu' menu option not available

Error description

• Rational Developer for System z V7.6.1
  
  The 'Open Copy Member' option is missing from the context menu
  with editing a COBOL application defined as a sequential
  dataset. The same application does not encounter the problem if
  it is defined in a PO dataset.
  
  The menu option is available when running RDz V.7.6.0.1 and RDz
  V7.5.1.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Open Copy Member and Browse Copy Member options were missing
  from the LPEX editor context menu when editing a COBOL program
  in a sequential data set. The Open Include Member and Browse
  Include Member options were missing from the LPEX editor context
  menu when editing a PL/I program in a sequential data set.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added the Open Copy Member, Browse Copy Member, Open Include
  Member, and Browse Include Member options to the content menu of
  the LPEX editor when editing COBOL programs or PL/I programs in
  sequential data sets.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.6.2.1 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
