• 'The user name and/or password is invalid' when connecting to ex
  ternal projects where the 'admin' user has been deleted.

  When the user is using External Projects but the "Admin"
  user was removed, the "The user name and/or password is
  invalid" error was present.
  

Problem conclusion

• The original problem is the "Admin" user deleted, restoring
  that user to the original place resolve the problem.
