PM18612: Binding connector can connect to Constraint Properties

Error description

• Binding Connectors can connect directly to Constraint Properties
  . They should only be able to connect to Constraint Parameters.
  
  I feel an important role of the tool is to help us not do things
   that are incorrect. This is an example where the tool should no
  t allow the user to do this. Secondly, the user can inadvertentl
  y connect the connector close to, but not touching, the paramete
  r and not realize the mistake.
