Error description

• When the build server in Rational Cobol Runtime prepares a web s
  ervice generated by Rational Business Developer, it issues the f
  ollowing message.
  
  CCUE-049
  The specified file: 'DD:MYXML'
  could not be opened.  The file may not exist or the
  file permissions may not allow access.
  
  This message should not be issued, and causes confusion, but is
  otherwise benign (not interfering with the processing).
  
  The message should be removed.
