PM18320: Roundtrip fails with CPP_CG:Type:SpecificationProlog

Error description

• Please refer the attached video and Project demostrating the pro
  blem.
  
  If this property(CPP_CG:Type:SpecificationProlog) is used in a l
  anguage type then subsequent types are deleted at roundtrip.
  
  please note that customer do not need Prolog or Epilog with lang
  uage types,
  because the code can be written into the language type declarati
  on
  itself.
  
  Therefore disabling the prolog and epilog for language types wou
  ld be a
  valid solution for the problem.
