PM18270: 3-D COMBINATION CHART TOOLTIP AND BAR VALUES ARE INCORRECT WITH TOTAL CALCULATION AS 2ND SERIES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A 3-D Combination Chart object is added to a report with 1 data
  item on each of the Categories, Series, and Default Measure
  sections.  The 3-D Bar object on the Series has property Values
  set to Show.  This works fine and renders the correct values on
  the chart body when run.????A calculation is added as a second
  Series on the chart to show a total across all the series value
  with expression "total(currentMeasure within set [Series])".
  Now the bars still render correctly, but the values shown on the
  chart body and the values in the tooltip are incorrect.  The
  values for the Total are correct but the values for the original
  series show as a running total instead of the actual values.
  

Local fix

• use a 2D chart or disable values/tooltips.
