PM18235: EGL COBOL print form issues

Error description

• Rational Business Developer V7.5.1.5:
  
  This APAR addresses the following print form issues in the EGL
  COBOL support:
  
  1) For iSeries, some print fields are still shifted to the right
     by one byte even when SHIFTPRINTLEFT symbolic parameter is
     used.
  
  2) For all other COBOL target environments, extra lines may be
     added to the beginning of a print form when there are blank
     lines at the beginning of the form and the form is narrower
     than 132 characters.
  
  3) Using the SHIFTPRINTLEFT symbolic parameter causes the print
     form output on iSeries to differ from the print output
     created for the other target runtime environments and by the
     EGL debugger.  The documentation needs to be updated to note
     this.

  Print forms that have multiple blank lines at the beginning
  and are narrower than 132 characters may be printed with
  more blank lines a the beginning.
  
  Problem 2:
  With the symparm SHIFTPRINTLEFT, the first line of the form
  may not be shifted left like the rest of the form.
  

Problem conclusion

• Resolution 1:
  Calculation for form start was corrected.
  
  Resolution 2:
  Decision code for SHIFTPRINTLEFT was changed for first line
  of form.
