PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Steps to recreate:

Using Information portlet.

- Using the PA_Blurb.ear changing a jsp test.jsp to the
following

-Use the Information portlet on this page and reference the jsp
you created.

-Clicking on the iConnect Feedback which is a mailto link we get
the following error:
