PM18074: Defect with the usage of UPDM_MoDAF and Config Control

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1] Check IN a normal Rhapsody package -- becomes Read Only.
  
  2] Check out the same. It becomes R/W
  
  
  
  Now, add the UPDM_L0 profile. Add an UPDM model element to the p
  roject.
  
  
  Perform Steps 1 and 2. It doesn't become R/W.
  
  We have to manually Right Click on the element and then Edit Uni
  t -? Change it to  R/W.
  
  
  
  Attachments:
  19469,999,000.zip contains the video recording of the defective
  behaviour.
