PM17674: RFT+RQM integration RQM shown 'PASS' even RFT Test log says its Failed

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• RQM does not execute RFT script actually when its include a path
  of SuperHelper class across other RFT Project.
  And RQM still show a result as [Pass].

  The invalid value given in execution argument was not
  validated hence even for a script which never ran, was
  giving a false status as "PASS"
  because we were not determining the availability of the
  external Dependency at a given path.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now we are validating the availability of external
  dependency, and flagging an error when the same is not
  found.Will give a proper message at RQM GUI without any
  log.As script could not run there will be no log.
