     In the HWSXIB block in IMS Connect V10, there is no other
  field being defined after the XIB_VERSION field.  But in
  version 11, the XIB_XIB1 is defined after the XIB_VERSION.
     Therefore, IMS Connect needs to reserve the fullword after
  the XIB_VERSION to align with the HWSXIB mapping in version 11.
