Error description

• Creating an IBM Rational ClearCase administrative VOB (AdminVOB)
  hyperlink reports errors indicating that it can not perform the
   operation because the replica does not master certain objects,
  however, it proceeds in creating hyperlinks to non-mastered obje
  cts.
  
  The following example shows the steps to reproduce the issue.
  
  Starting environment:
  We have a replica 'Boston' of VOB \rn-tester
  master of replica:Boston is original
  master of brtype:bugfix  is original
  master of lbtype:REL123 is original
  The admin VOB \myadmin is not replicated.
  
  
  In Boston you want to create an AdminVOB hyperlink to \myadmin.
  This should fail as Boston does not master any of the to be link
  ed ClearCase objects.

  As expected, you will see a lot of error messages because the lo
  cal replica does not master any of the objects. However, the Adm
  inVOB hyperlink is created anyway and the hyperlinks of type Glo
  balDefinition have been created as well.

  The expected behavior would be such that the missing mastership
  on the ClearCase objects would block all mkhlink operations.
  
  
  WORKAROUND:
  
  Be sure that the mkhlink operation is performed on one site only
