Error description

• The getContainingLibrary() method on a DocumentId object
  representing a ContentLink can return the document library of
  the linked to content instead of the library where the
  ContentLink resides in some cases.
  

Local fix

• The DocumentId.getContainingLibrary() method for a content link
  should return the library where the content link resides, not
  the library where the linked content resides.
  

Problem summary

• The getContainingLibrary() method on a DocumentId object
  representing a ContentLink can return the document library of
  the linked to content instead of the library where the
  ContentLink resides in some cases.
  

Problem conclusion

• Analysis: The internal Object Summary resolution service (which
  is where API DocumentId's are created from) was only storing the
  deferenced content's library, it needed to additionally store
  the Content-Link's library and hence the DocumentIdIterator
  (which converts ObjectSummaries to DocumentIds) only had
  available the content's library, not the link's library for use.
  
  Solution: Change the Object Summary resolution service to store
  both libraries and update the DocumentIdIterator to use the
  link's library instead of the content's library
