PM16694: CRASH COMPLETING SYNERGY TASK

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Rhapsody crashed when attempting to complete a Synergy task from
  within Rhapsody.
  
  
  I did not see any other errors from within Rhapsody. After
  Rhapsody crashed, I restarted CM Synergy to complete my task.
  The task would not complete because I needed to merge an object
  which was listed on the task ( and we have Synergy configured to
  prevent a task completion if something needs to be merged). Now
  we are theorizing that Synergy sent an indication back to
  Rhapsody indicating that the 'Task complete' operation could not
  be performed and that caused Rhapsody to crash.
