    The same topic was include twice: once as an .htm file and
    the other as an .html file.  Removed the .html file and
    updated the .htm file with the correct help.war file.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Removed the t_setup_intrnet_help_content.html file.This
    issue is resolved in version 1.4.1.
