PM16247: PERFORMANCE ON REPORT WITH PAGEBREAKS DROPS SIGNIFICANTLY AFTER CRN -> 8.4 MIGRATION

Error description

• A CRN report which is designed with pagebreaks has these
  converted to Page Set objects when upgraded to 8.4.  The report
  performance drops significantly, running about 10x slower in
  Cognos 8.  If the pageset is removed from the report it runs as
  fast as CRN, but the pagebreaking is required for the output of
  the report.
