APAR status

Error description

• In a UCM project with multiple modifiable components, and all
  changes in the (shared) development stream have been baselined,
  but the baselines have not been delivered to the integration
  stream then a 'Deliver from Stream' which selects some
  activities and omits others, may record delivery
  of the latest baselines for some components which are not
  touched by the selected activities.
  
  This has the effect that activities which were omitted and DO
  have change sets in those component,
  are seen to be already delivered. They are not candidates for
  delivery at a subsequent 'Deliver from Stream'
  
  Workaround:
  
  In the integration stream, run 'cleartool findmerge -fcsets
  ?undelivered activity?' to merge the missing files.
