When the exporter.exe path contains a space such as C:\Program Files\RAM\exporter.exe the artifact indexing process fails with an error code 2049.

C:\"Program Files"\RAM\exporter.exe. This is needed to pass the path to the remote process and was previously needed for Runtime.exe, but is now longer needed now that we are using the Java ProcessBuilder.

Fixed in Rational Asset Manager V7.5
