PM16165: "AN ERROR OCCURED INSIDE THE PLANNING SERVICE" WHEN USING MANY FAST CPUS AND SHORT POLLING INTERVALS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Error occurs when running the Synchronize or Validate for an
  Admin Link. If we disable the services on the job server
  reporting the issue one job will run. Next job will fail with
  the same error from a different Job server.??Tested with 8 CPUs.
  Increasing polling interval from 1/2 to 5/10 eliminates the
  error.
