Error description
/cogstartup.sh won't start in silent mode in Linux Red Hat 5.2 and 5.4 when the server's time zone is set to GMT. The configuration tool launches fine through an X Window and it also works fine in silent mode when the server time zone is set to UTC. Only the combination of GMT and silent mode doesn't work.
