Error description
Rational Synergy report exceptional errors, such as Unhandled Ru ntime Exception errors to the synergy.log. The location of the log is inconsistent depending on whether you use the Customer Feedback Module, or have changed the location via the ccm.properties entries: user.pref.file.path = ?drive?:\\?location? windows.user.home.path = ?drive?:\\?location? The original message in the ccm_client.log, or the Messages wind ow within the Rational Synergy client does not state the path to the log, only the name of the log.
