Error description

The Transaction manager fails to get an XAResource to
rollback the transaction.

The following three messages can be seen in the trace due to
this

start a recovery-specific RA because the RAW is live, not
deserialized.
[5/18/10 10:52:52:621 CEST] 0000006e XARecoveryMgr <
getStartedRA Exit RAW for recovery is null
[5/18/10 10:52:52:621 CEST] 0000006e J2CXAResource W
J2CA0061W: Error creating XA Connection and Resource
java.lang.Exception: Cannot obtain a started RA for recovery.

Due to the failure of the J2C container to find an RA for
recovery the transaction manager is unable to do a rollback
and it throws the following warning.

transaction participant could not be recreated and transaction
recovery may not be able to complete properly.

The problem that is being addressed by this APAR is the
failure of the transaction manager to get an XAResource to
rollback the transaction. The following three messages can
be seen in the trace due to this

Problem conclusion

This has been fixed by making the XAResource of an already
started resource adapter available for transaction
recovery. The resource adapter to be used is identified by its
internal key.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
