Error description

  • Rational Developer for System z V7.6.0.1 user attempts to
connect to CA Endevor using dVIPA. The connection fails with
RC = 990.  The return code is accompanied with
CRASERV: connect: EDC8128I Connection refused.
                                     (errno2=0x76630291)
