Error description

• When comparing to Extended Unix Code (EUC) text files using the
  Windows GUI merge tool in 7.0.1.x, the following error may occur
  :
  --------------------
  An error in cleardiffmrg has occurred. This may have resulted fr
  om the use of vertical tabs or
  a line of text that is too long and exceeds the functional limit
  s of the cleardiffmrg tool. If this
  is an XML file use the XML Diff Merge tool instead. Doing the Di
  ff Merge from the command line is also an option.

  This error does not occur in ClearCase 7.1.1.1.
