PM14540: XMLTRANSFORM resource definition for cics.xml contains incorrect transformation resource-name

  When using 'XML Transformation for CICS Project' in EST Perspect
  ive a  manifest file cics.xml gets generated during 'Deploy CICS
   Bundle'. The cics.xml file contains the name of a transformatio
  n resource, which  should be the name of the xsdbind file,  but
  without the '.xsdbind' suffix.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Deploy CICS Bundle action creates a define element in the
  cics.xml Bundle manifest file for the XML Transformation with a
  name attribute that includes the full xsdbind file name
  including the file extension.
  

Problem conclusion

• modification was mode to use only the file name, without the
  xsdbind file extension, as the name attribute on the define
  element in the cics.xml bundle manifest.
